The scheme envisages delivery of four storey apartment blocks in key locations along the Fastrack frontage along with three storey townhouse units, providing a strong frontage to the Fastrack route.
Dwellings along the secondary streets reach three storeys in height, whilst building heights along the tertiary and mews streets range between two and three storeys respectively
The heights proposed are broadly compliant with the illustrative heights in the approved Area Masterplan.

The majority of the development is 2-3 storeys.
Taller buildings are used in key locations; notably fronting onto the fastrack route to reflect the aspiration for increased scale and density in this location.
